Decorating this home has brought me so much joy. It was my first full-house decorating project, and I poured my heart into it. I partnered with Anna Phillips of Phillips Interiors—one of the last true furniture showrooms in Austin—and together we created spaces that feel layered, personal, and warm.

Anna has an incredible eye for layout and proportion, and I’ve learned so much from her over the past year. I’m also deeply grateful to Shelli Alter of DinnerpARTy Antiques at Round Top, who sourced most of the art, objects, and my favorite furniture vignette in the living room. Shelli brings soul to a space in a way only she can.

What’s made living here even more special is watching my son, Wesley, flourish. He’s made two best friends on the street, and nearly every weekend turns into a sleepover. We’ve promised the boys electric scooters so they can still zip back and forth to our new house just half a mile away.

We listed the house a few weeks ago, and now I’m simply hoping for the right person to come along—hopefully, another family who connects with the design and feel of the home, and wants to raise kids on this charming, quiet street in Tarrytown.
